As a TPO Partner Support Associate, you will be responsible for assisting and providing support to our TPO Partners and sales support teams, ensuring that all partners receive the highest level of service and support. Key Responsibilities Partner Support: Assist TPO Partners with the pre-application process, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate. Documentation Review: Review all TPO Partner documentation for new approval and/or re-certification, verifying that all requirements are met. Application Processing: Process TPO partner Applications for final approval, ensuring that all applications are thoroughly reviewed and approved in a timely manner. Account Setup: Set up newly approved accounts in Archer, ensuring that all accounts are properly configured and ready for use. User Setup: Set up new users in ReverseVision, Link, Salesforce, and Quantum Reverse, providing access to necessary tools and systems. Alert Monitoring: Monitor and process Comergence Alerts, ensuring that all alerts are addressed promptly and efficiently. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Education: High School Diploma required. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the Reverse Mortgage Industry, with prior understanding of FAR mortgage processes. Skills: Prior experience supporting Wholesale Account Executives and TPO Partners, with the ability to problem-solve and handle TPO Partner inquiries. Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle daily new business, monthly recertifications, emails, and alerts with a high level of customer service. Technical Skills: Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Advanced Education: Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business or finance. Additional Experience: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support. Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as a mortgage broker license or certification in reverse mortgage lending.
