Dedicated Paraprofessional Program Float Needed in Madison, WI

As a Paraprofessional Program Float, you will have the opportunity to work with students who require additional assistance, promoting their social, emotional, and academic growth. Key Responsibilities:
Assist teachers and staff in supporting students with disabilities, including those with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
Provide individualized support to students, promoting their academic and personal development
Collaborate with educators to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Develop and implement strategies to support students with intensive behaviors
Requirements:
Valid ODE Aide Permit (or willingness to obtain)
Experience working with students with disabilities, particularly those with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
Credentialing in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) or willingness to attend training and pass the TCI test
Satisfactory results on criminal records check, including fingerprints
