Dedicated Certified School Nurse (CSN) - Full Time in Orange NJ
A fantastic school district located in Orange NJ is actively seeking a full-time school CSN Registered Nurse to join the team. This position offers full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Monday ā Friday 37.5 a week plus ride the bus to and from school with student
ā¢ Caseload: 2-3 school sites, Must be comfortable with Elementary and Middle school students
ā¢ Assess, monitor, and document students' health conditions and administer appropriate treatments
ā¢ Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement health plans for students with chronic conditions
ā¢ Maintain accurate and confidential health records for students and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
ā¢ Active license/certifications in NJ
ā¢ School nurse license required
ā¢ School-based experience required (clinical can not be only experience)
ā¢ Elementary School Caseload
ā¢ Servicing whole school building
