Job title: Inventory Management Analyst Company: Deckers Job description: Job Title: Inventory Management Analyst Reports to: Supply Chain Inventory Manager Location: Goleta, CA - Hybrid Remote The Role The Supply Chain Inventory Planner will be responsible to execute their day-to-day responsibilities of their assigned business. They will execute the goals provided by management and adjust to the ever-changing needs of the business and overall corporate strategy. They will collaborate with their cross functions teams to ensure their assigned business has the right product, in the right places at the right time to service our customers. Primary Responsibilities would include: • Construct, analyze and execute the NA inventory buy process. • Translate high volume data into clear & concise reporting • Work with cross functional teams to identify & resolve supply disruptions • Partner with Demand Planning to ensure sales & reservation forecast aligns with the incoming supply • Prepare and report actions required for the regional S&OE • Work with cross functional team to align with system set ups for the product lifecycle • Partner with Logistics & Transportation to ensure on-time deliveries, defers and expedited shipments • Analyze ATP to meet needed objectives • Communicate clear & concise supply updates • Adapts continuously to the ever-changing needs of the business • Create and develop strong working relationships with internal & external stakeholders We celebrate diversity--of your background, your experiences and your unique identity.
