Position Overview This is a remote, performance-based sales role for experienced closers who are comfortable working independently while remaining accountable to KPIs and quality standards. You will work inbound leads, conduct consultations, and enroll clients into customized debt relief programs - all from home. What You’ll Be Doing • Handle inbound, pre-qualified leads from consumers seeking debt relief • Conduct financial consultations and needs assessments • Present debt resolution options clearly and confidently • Close enrollments while maintaining compliance standards • Track performance metrics and maintain CRM accuracy • Meet or exceed conversion and activity benchmarks Requirements • Minimum 1 year of phone sales experience • Debt settlement or debt resolution experience strongly preferred • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Strong communication and closing skills • Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and professional setup • Comfortable working in a performance-based environment • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus Compensation & What We Offer • Independent Contractor (1099) role • First-month income support may be available for qualifying agents based on KPI performance • Competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential • Monthly bonuses and performance incentives • Consistent inbound lead flow • Ongoing coaching and performance support Compensation is performance-based. Income support, bonuses, and incentives are contingent on meeting quality, compliance, and KPI standards. First-Month Income Support (Performance-Based): Fast Track Financial Relief may offer a first-month income support to qualifying agents as part of their onboarding period. Eligibility for any support is not automatic and is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, training participation, minimum activity standards, KPI completion, quality assurance, compliance adherence, and conversion performance. Any support offered is non-recurring, non-precedent-setting, and subject to modification or withdrawal at the Company’s discretion if performance or quality standards are not met. As an independent contractor role, compensation is primarily performance-based, and no guarantee of future earnings is implied.
