The Dealer Manager will offer differentiated solutions and services to both Dealers and end-user customers through strong collaboration, strategic planning, and operational excellence. While our primary facility is located in Perrysburg, OH, we are looking for a candidate to work remotely out of the Texas area. Key responsibilities Act as the liaison between Hiab USA Dealers and internal stakeholders across Sales, Product Management, Credit, and Customer Support Develop and execute Dealer-specific business plans focused on growth in Original Equipment, Digital Solutions, and Services Maintain accurate and up-to-date Dealer account information including payment terms, invoicing addresses, and equipment records Utilize CRM and reporting tools to improve forecasting accuracy and support the Dealer buying cycle Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, threats, and opportunities Attend trade shows and customer events within assigned territories Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental policies and procedures What we are looking for Technical and/or Business Degree 5+ years in a similar role Valid Driver’s License is required Regular travel required Good technical understanding of product & application Strong commercial, strategic, and influencing skills What we offer As a part of our Employees First culture, we offer opportunities to grow within a dynamic environment that values flexibility and your well-being.
