About the Role
Arion Care Solutions is seeking DDSupervisor to lead and support a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and administrative staff. You'll manage a caseload of members, ensure high-quality service delivery, and maintain compliance with all regulations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is passionate about helping individuals succeed.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise DSPs and admin support staff (Schedulers, EVV Coordinators, etc.)
• Maintain and grow a caseload of members; attend meetings and coordinate supports
• Ensure accurate payroll, billing, and compliance documentation
• Train staff on time entry and data systems
• Monitor habilitation progress, certifications, and file audits
• Provide referrals/resources for members and families
• Investigate billing denials and communicate resolutions
• Respond to communication within one business day
• Participate in on-call rotations and ensure emergency coverage
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and complete incident reports
• Attend team meetings and occasional community event
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor's degree OR 4+ years of experience in disability services, education, or related field
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18+ and pass a background check
• DPS fingerprint clearance (or ability to obtain)
• Proficiency with databases and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and respond quickly to need
Work Requirements
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle and home office setup
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform light physical tasks
• Comfort working remotely and managing multiple system
