We are seeking a DB2 Database Administrator with strong experience in AWS Database, Linux, Snowflake for one of our valuable clients in Lake Mary, FL Role Title: DB2 Administrator Location- Lake Mary, FL(Day 1 Onsite) Role Description • Database Management, Performance Tuning, Security, Backup and Recovery, Troubleshooting • Database Object Management, Scripting and Automation. • Strong knowledge of DB2 administration • Understanding of database design, data modeling, and data integrity • Experience with SQL tuning and database performance optimization • Familiarity with DB2 utilities (LOAD, REORG, RUNSTATS) and Job Control Language (JCL) for mainframe environments • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex database issues • Ability to document technical designs and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams, Willingness to provide 24x7 support and participate in on-call duties.
