Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.Job Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities$80,000 to $85,000/yearAbility to work remotelySystems Integration experience (Preferred) Process end-to-end payroll using Ceridian Dayforce, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal, provincial/state, and local regulations.Maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, leaves, status changes, and compensation updates.Review and reconcile payroll data, earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefits.Complete payroll audits and identify discrepancies, recommending and implementing corrective actions.Prepare and submit year-end reporting such as T4s, W-2s, ROEs, and other statutory filings as applicable.Provide subject matter expertise on Dayforce modules, including Payroll, Workforce Management, and Time & Attendance.Assist employees and managers with payroll-related questions and troubleshoot Dayforce issues.Support configuration updates, testing, and enhancements within Dayforce.Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure smooth integration of payroll processes.Maintain strong knowledge of employment standards, payroll legislation, and internal policies.Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
