Spherion Staffing Reno, NV is recruiting for 35 day shift production laborer positions for manufacturer in USA Parkway area.Rotating manufacturing schedule, 3 days one week, 4 days the next week.12 hour shifts, 7am-7pmTemp to hire opportunity, most able to convert do so at around the 90 day mark.Responsibilities:Worker, is responsible for helping assemble and prepare products for shipment. Duties include placing raw materials or products into manufacturing machines to aid the assembly process, packaging finished products and organizing them for shipments and completing checks on equipment and products to ensure quality production.Working on the powder coating line, products are manually disassembled, and hung to be dried on the drying machines.Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PMSkills:Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.Stand on feet for 12 hour shiftWear required PPE or steel toed shoes, gloves, glasses, hard hat, and vestDesire to become a permanent employee with the clientDrug test and background check requiredEducation:No Degree RequiredExperience:0-1 yearsQualifications:Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.Stand on feet for 12 hour shiftWear required PPE or steel toed shoes, gloves, glasses, hard hat, and vestDesire to become a permanent employee with the clientDrug test and background check requiredDay shift manufacturing openings in USA Parkway.
