Job title: Manager, People Analytics Company: DaVita Job description: 2000 16th St, Denver, Colorado, 80202-5117, United States of America Overview This position provides analytics and project management leadership to DaVita’s Labor Relations Team. This role should expect to engage closely with the People Analytics team, and to closely analyze benefits, compensation, payroll, engagement, tenure, or other people related data, in an effort to understand our teammate engagement opportunities. Additionally, this role will partner closely with our legal team on people data for legal needs. This role will have the opportunity to work closely with the Labor Relations team, Field Operations, Field People Services, and the broader People Services team on project management for our teammate engagement work. Responsibilities • Lead, run and interpret people analytics reports including benefits, compensation, engagement and tenure. • Maintain reports regarding teammate engagement data • Facilitate analysis reports and response plans. • Provide project management support for labor relations initiatives Preferred Experience with Excel, Tableau and Visier needed, R and SQL experience would be nice to have.
