The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance using Collibra and Great Expectations. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute data validation tests for pipelines in Databricks and SQL Server. Implement automated data quality checks using Great Expectations and integrate with Collibra. Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure reliable data delivery. Perform ETL testing, data lineage, and reconciliation for healthcare datasets. Identify data quality issues and drive root-cause analysis and remediation. Required Skills: Hands-on experience in Databricks, SQL Server, and data testing frameworks. Strong SQL, Python, and ETL testing expertise. Experience with Collibra (data governance) and Great Expectations (data validation). Healthcare data standards knowledge (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR) preferred.
