Description:
The Credit Contact Center Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC) team is responsible for supporting 2 global contact centers.
We focus on implementing the next generation of Contact Center Voice solutions that will deliver enhanced value to our customers, dealers, and business partners, and provide superior customer experience.
Our team is a Product Driven Organization (PDO) utilizing Agile processes to deliver value, meet goals and objectives.
We are looking for a talented and experienced Database and Reporting Developer for the CUIC Team.
The CUIC team supports the Contact Centers reporting and intelligence processes through the Cisco Unified Intelligence Center and Google Cloud Platform.
The Database and Reports Developer is responsible for providing solution options for business requests, supporting the existing Contact Center platform and dependent components, and assisting Contact Centers business processes.
We are looking for a Database and Reports Developer to join the experienced, highly skilled, 3-person US-based team supporting the Cisco Unified Intelligence Center for the Ford global enterprise contact center.
