Members contribute their professional skills and leverage their networks in service of the organization’s gender-equity agenda.Membership is a minimum six-month commitment of approximately six flexible hours per week and includes a $100 refundable deposit, returned after six months of active membership. K–12 educators, retirees, veterans, interns, and students are exempt from the deposit. Overview This is a pro-bono volunteer position. JerseySTEM is looking for talented professionals across our departments to commit time and energy as long-term engagement for our mission to provide STEM education to underrepresented middle school girls. The CRM Data Manager support the data entry, contact record updating and other data recording and reporting activity related to the business unit the candidate is assigned to: • Corporate engagement: information about companies, employees of those companies and opportunities with the companies • College engagement: information about universities, student groups and individual students • Community engagement:information about schools, teachers and programs ran in the schools • Grants: information about grantors and grants Responsibilities • Accurately Enter data extracted from emails into CRM Record • Upload data from spreadsheet into CRM system • Communicate with team members and requestors regarding missing information • Conduct Quality control of data in the database • Periodically engage in “clean-up” of data based on reports generated by CRM Qualifications • Genuine concern about/interest in solving the STEM education gender gap • Service mentality and good interpersonal relationship with managers, peers • Professional communication with external stakeholders Apply tot his job
