Data warehouse programmer
Location: Remote
Pay: $70/hr (1099 contract)
Duration: March 2026 - June 2027
REQUIRED SKILLS:
· At least 10 years experience programming
· Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience such as any relevant IT certifications or experience
· At least 10 years experience with Scrum or Agile methodologies
· At least 5 years experience with Azure, Snowflake, or other cloud technologies
· At least 5 years of data-warehousing and data-modeling techniques
· At least 5 years of of visualization and analytics tools experience (ex: Tableau, PowerBI)
· SQL, C++, Java, or other data programming language
· At least 5 years of of databases, stored procedures, and common scripting languages
· Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
· Knowledge of national standards such as USJR, NODS, NIEM and/or Justice Counts a benefit
· Knowledge of courts and justice processes is a plus, but not required
DESCRIPTION:
The Data Warehouse Programmer/Systems Analyst will serve as part of the Applications Team developing data systems for the Supreme Court of Nevada, including a new project to design and develop a statewide repository for court data.
This role develops and implements pipelines that extract, transform, and load data into an information product that helps the organization create a comprehensive data repository, Focuses on ingesting, storing, processing, and analyzing large datasets, creates scalable, high-performance web services for tracking data, translates complex technical and functional requirements into detailed designs, creates scripts to integrate various sources of data, investigates options for data storing and processing to ensure implementation of the most streamlined solutions, and works closely with statistics team to implement data analytics pipelines.
Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
