Solution IT Inc. is looking for Data Warehouse / ETL Engineer (Oracle Cloud, Google Cloud Platform BigQuery) for one of its clients in Remote. Job Title: Data Warehouse / ETL Engineer (Oracle Cloud, Google Cloud Platform BigQuery) Summary: We are seeking a Senior Data Warehouse (DW) and ETL Expert to lead end-to-end data integration, transformation, and analytics initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of complex ETL pipelines, data modeling, and business logic implementation, particularly in large-scale enterprise environments using Oracle Cloud Fusion applications and Google Cloud Platform BigQuery. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on senior technologist who can independently design, build, and optimize complex data flows - from extraction to analytics - while collaborating closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams. Responsibilities: • Design and implement robust ETL workflows using either of these tools Informatica OR Talend, OR FiveTran or ORBIT. • Build and manage data integration pipelines pulling from Oracle Cloud Fusion Apps (multiple modules) and Oracle Cloud HCM. • Develop and optimize data loading processes into Google Cloud BigQuery data warehouses. • Perform advanced data transformations, rationalization, and cleansing to ensure accuracy and consistency across multiple data domains. • Implement business logic and rules derived from stakeholder discussions into ETL processes. • Determine the appropriate approach for data sanitation (real-time pipeline vs. staging area) based on customer use cases. • Work collaboratively with senior technologists, architects, and business users to translate business needs into technical solutions. • Operate autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - capable of "diving into the deep end and swimming on your own." Required Skills: • 10+ years of experience in Data Warehousing, ETL design, and implementation. • Expert-level proficiency in one or more ETL tools: Informatica, Talend, FiveTran (strong preference for Informatica). • Proven experience integrating Oracle Cloud Fusion and Oracle Cloud HCM data sources. • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), particularly BigQuery. • Strong understanding of data modeling, data transformation logic, and cleansing strategies. • Ability to translate complex business rules into technical ETL logic. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with business users and senior stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of large-scale projects.
