About Us Prachub is an early-stage startup on a mission to make tech interview prep more transparent and accessible. We curate real interview questions, provide in-browser SQL & coding practice, and build community-driven resources across roles like SDE, Data, PM, and more. We are looking for a founding Data Scientist to join our core team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape both our product and culture from day one. Our Website: www.prachub.com What You’ll Do • Analyze user data to uncover insights that drive product and growth decisions. • Build data pipelines and dashboards to track engagement, retention, and conversion metrics. • Design and evaluate A/B tests for new features and growth experiments. • Collaborate with engineers and products to define data-driven roadmaps. • Contribute to creating a data-first culture at Prachub. What We’re Looking For • Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field. • 1–5 years of experience in data science, analytics • Strong SQL skills and experience with Python or R. • Familiarity with modern data stacks (e.g., dbt, Airflow, BigQuery, Snowflake) is a plus. • Experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B testing, causal inference). • Bonus: experience with LLMs, recommender systems, or NLP. • A startup mindset: ownership, adaptability, willingness to get hands dirty.
