We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our AI &; Data > Science team, with a > strong emphasis on modern data engineering and platform-based > development. This role > focuses on building scalable, production-grade data and machine > learning pipelines that > power analytics, predictive models, and AI-driven insights across the > firm, including work > within our Databricks environment.
Requirements
ā¢ 5+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, applied machine learning, or advanced analytics roles
ā¢ Advanced proficiency in Python, with demonstrated experience building production- grade data, ML, or GenAI pipelines
ā¢ Hands-on experience working with Generative AI or LLM-based systems, including prompt design, evaluation, and application integration
ā¢ Strong grounding in data analysis, statistics, and exploratory analysis
ā¢ Experience translating business or domain questions into analytical approaches and communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders
ā¢ Strong hands-on experience with Databricks (Spark, notebooks, jobs, Delta Lake) in a production environment
ā¢ Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT patterns, and distributed data processing
ā¢ Experience deploying and maintaining machine learning models in production environments
ā¢ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
Nice-to-haves
ā¢ Experience with MLflow, model registries, and experiment tracking
ā¢ Familiarity with version control and deployment workflows for data, ML, and GenAI solutions
ā¢ Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, or semantic search
ā¢ Familiarity with GenAI evaluation techniques, including human-in-the-loop review
ā¢ Knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts
ā¢ Experience supporting talent analytics, people analytics, executive assessment, or professional services use cases
ā¢ Ability to design analyses and narratives appropriate for senior consultant and executive audiences
