Data Performance Analyst - Awaab's Law

Temporary position for up to 12 months

We have an opportunity for a Data Performance Analyst to join our Compliance team. The role will be reporting to Head of Regional Compliance and Projects in Compliance. The role will work closely with the teams across Awaab's law who ensure compliance to the legislation. The role will monitor and manage Awaab's law data, creating proactive reporting to identify trends and risks in compliance with Awaab's law

The role of Data Performance Analyst - Awaab's Law will include:

Develop and manage monitoring processes to ensure Awaab's law compliance data is up to date and accurate, including analysing exception reporting, SAP notifications and recommending changes to support achievement of the Group's objectives
Regularly undertake trend analysis, identifying reoccurrence of risk and potential opportunities for investigation or investment proactively highlighting compliance issues to support achievement of the Group's objectives
Provide regular, high quality management information and updates to the team and senior management on Awaab's law performance, making recommendations for improvements to support decision making and inform business planning in accordance with statutory requirements and Group policy
Define the requirements for reporting systems and support the implementation to ensure that performance is measured accurately and meaningfully against agreed targets and KPIs
Support the team with the production of formal Compliance Board reporting, ensuring data is accurate, of appropriate standard and delivered to timescales to ensure the Group has visibility of Compliance performance and risk


Skills and experiences:

Degree, management qualification or relevant professional qualification
Experience of supporting SAP based information systems and upgrades
Experience of addressing data quality issues, investigating and identifying root causes and delivering effective solutions
Some experience of managing medium to large scale projects in a property environment with an understanding of a full project life cycle
Experience of producing progress reports and management information, including making recommendations for changes needed to ensure delivery
Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken

Effective 1st April role salary is:

- London area - £42,602 per annum
- South East region- £40,666 per annum
- Elsewhere in the UK - £38,729 per annum
