Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations
Utilize technical expertise to design and implement data operations and analytics processes
Identify and troubleshoot data issues, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data
Continuously monitor and improve data quality and data integration processes
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data operations and analytics
Communicate complex data concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders
Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities
Collaborate with data scientists and other team members to develop predictive models and algorithms
Help drive data culture within the organization by promoting data-driven decision making
Support and maintain existing data systems and tools, as well as develop new ones as needed.
