What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide advanced support for the employer's interface infrastructure and application software
Serve as a subject matter expert for interface projects, ensuring compliance with best practices and policies
Address and resolve incidents and requests, logging all interactions and engaging additional resources as necessary
Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding outages, planned maintenance, and support issues
Maintain and update the solutions database, ensuring accurate logging and tracking of incidents from identification through resolution
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a relevant field
Proficiency in managing/programming interface engines
Knowledge of hospital equipment and programs, including SHA Information Systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Associate's degree in a computer science-related field
Experience managing/programming API technologies
Background in database administration
Familiarity with customer support processes and techniques
