The Data Integration & Reporting Analyst supports clients and internal teams by ensuring data flows seamlessly between systems, reports are accurate, and insights are communicated clearly.ResponsibilitiesAssist with ingesting, transforming, and validating client data across multiple sources (POS, CRM, loyalty, ecommerce, digital platforms)Perform routine data quality checks and flag anomalies, inconsistencies, or missing dataSupport the setup and maintenance of data pipelines, automated file transfers, and scheduled processesPartner with Data Governance & Security to ensure all integrations meet compliance and data-handling standardsBuild and maintain recurring client reports, dashboards, and data visualizations (Excel, Qlik, CMP dashboards)Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies and ensure accuracy before deliverySupport the Sr. BI Analyst and client teams with ad-hoc data pulls and analysis requestsHelp interpret data trends and provide clear narrative summariesProvide technical support to account managers and consultants during client calls or meetingsLog, track, and resolve data-related tickets or requests from internal and external stakeholdersAssist with onboarding new clients by supporting data discovery, mapping documentation, and integration testingCommunicate timelines, status updates, and blockers to internal stakeholdersDevelop working knowledge of the CMP, ETL workflows, and internal operational toolsContribute ideas to improve processes, documentation, and reporting efficiencyTest new platform enhancements or data features before deploymentSkillsBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)0-2 years of experience in data analytics, data processing, reporting, or technical operationsDemonstrated experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or preferably, QlikStrong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, basic formulas)Familiarity with SQL (basic select, join, group by) and a willingness to learn more advanced queriesAbility to synthesize data and communicate findings simply and clearlyStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced small-team environmentBenefitsHealth Insurance401(k) with Employer MatchPaid Time Off (PTO)Short- and Long-Term Disability InsuranceLife InsuranceFlexible Work ArrangementsPerformance BonusesAmazing Work Crew and of course snacks.Company OverviewDataDelivers is the Customer Data Platform built for restaurants before “CDP” was even a category.
