Job Description
As a Data Insights & Strategy Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets to uncover trends, generate insights, and guide strategic decision-making across the company. You will work cross-functionally with leadership, product, marketing, and finance teams to deliver impactful analysis and provide actionable recommendations that drive growth and efficiency.
You will thrive in this role if you are highly data-driven, enjoy solving complex problems, and are comfortable delivering insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various business systems and sources.
Design and develop dashboards and visualizations that communicate insights effectively.
Translate data findings into strategic recommendations to support business objectives.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and finance teams to identify analytics needs.
Monitor KPIs and metrics to evaluate performance and spot trends or anomalies.
Conduct ad hoc and exploratory analyses to support rapid business decisions.
Apply statistical techniques and modeling where needed to support forecasts and hypotheses.
Present findings in reports, presentations, and executive briefings.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or strategic analytics.
Proficient in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data modeling techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Self-starter with a remote work mindset and strong time management.
