What will you be doing?
• Manage multiple, concurrent employer integrations to successfully onboard employee enrollments through various enrollment platforms and data connections.
• Provide thorough and accurate results during QA reviews while showing clear understanding of requirements
• Accurately leverage and utilize company tracking systems for required record keeping
• Assist with ongoing maintenance of existing client base; monthly error auditing & remediation, daily file review, and facilitate established reporting needs
• Protect the security and confidentiality of all client data; be mindful of corporate security policies related to client communications and implementations
What do you bring?
• High comfort level using Microsoft Excel, analyzing delimited files with large datasets
• Experience with implementation in employee benefit industry preferred but not required
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze and solve problems quickly
• Meticulous attention to detail combined with precise written communication skills/explanations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong work ethic with the ability to deliver on commitments
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Self-directed and self-motivated – able to work independently on a variety of tasks
