NIKE, Inc. is seeking an experienced Data Governance Privacy Lead to join our Data Enablement and Governance (DEG) team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in identifying and remediating non-compliant data within Nike's operational and analytical data stores. About the Role
Lead data governance and privacy initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Identify and remediate non-compliant data within Nike's operational and analytical data stores
Collaborate with project teams to understand, research, determine, document, and communicate data privacy direction
Analyze metadata for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
Identify data owners and help define prioritization, execution, and analysis of BigID scan outputs
Develop process recommendations to automate and operationalize analysis
Communicate incremental progress to portfolio and leadership teams using data visualization tools

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical subject area
5+ years of experience in data management, governance, quality, and data privacy
Expert problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Prior experience with governance and BI tools, such as Collibra, Informatica, and BigID
Experience with BI tools (Tableau) for building dashboards
SQL and programming skills in Python, R, or Excel
Experience working in multi-cloud environments (e.g., Azure and AWS)
Understanding of Databricks and data warehouses/RDB (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift)
