About this Position:
Job Title: Data Governance & Knowledge Management Lead
Key Responsibilities:
• Refine and operationalize data governance frameworks and stewardship models.
• Design and implement knowledge management standards and repositories.
• Lead change management, training, and adoption efforts.
• Support continuous improvement and governance councils.
Core Activities & Deliverables:
• Updated Data Governance Charter, RACI, and stewardship standards.
• Data Governance Playbook and SOPs.
• SharePoint Knowledge Library architecture and templates.
• Training materials, adoption tracking, and sustainment toolkit.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• 8+ years in data governance, KM, BPI, or change management.
• Experience with DAMA-DMBOK, CMMI, or similar frameworks.
• Strong facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Public-sector or regulated data experience preferred.
Tools, Platforms & Methods:
• Business Process Improvement (BPI).
• SharePoint Online.
• Azure DevOps Wikis & Workflows.
• Change management methodologies.
