We move fast, make data-driven decisions, and operate with full transparency.This is an adult content management business - if you are not comfortable working in theOnlyFans/creator economy space, this role is not for you.The OpportunityWe are restructuring our marketing department to build a team of specialist experts, eachowning a critical function that directly drives revenue. The Data Expert is one of the moststrategically important roles in this new structure.You will be the eyes of the entire marketing operation. Every dollar we spend on traffic -whether through Meta ads, affiliate partnerships, CPC/CPL deals, or private trafficarrangements - flows through tracking links. You will own every single tracking link in thebusiness. You will know, at any given moment, what is working, what is not, what needs tobe scaled, and what needs to be killed. You will be the person who ensures we never missan opportunity and never waste money on underperforming traffic.This is not a passive reporting role. You are expected to be proactive, vocal, and direct.When you see a campaign bleeding money, you flag it immediately. When you spot a trafficsource converting exceptionally well on a specific creator account, you tell the RelationshipManager to push that partner harder. You connect the dots between data and action - andyou do it fast.What You Will OwnTracking Link Mastery⢠Own and maintain every tracking link across the entire business - all traffic sources,all 15 creator accounts, all partner arrangements⢠Understand exactly what each traffic source does: cost structure (rev share, CPC,CPL, lump sum), volume, quality, and conversion profile⢠Know how every creator account converts on every traffic source - which creatorsperform best with which traffic partners, and why⢠Monitor tracking link health daily: catch broken links, attribution issues, ordiscrepancies before they cost us moneyPerformance Analysis & Optimisation⢠Analyse traffic performance data daily across all sources: Meta ads, affiliate traffic(CreatrCash), CPC/CPL deals, and private traffic partnerships⢠Identify winning combinations (traffic source + creator account) and recommendscaling actions to the relevant team members⢠Identify underperforming or loss-making campaigns and flag them for immediateaction - recommend pausing, adjusting, or killing⢠Track ROI and profitability at the traffic source level, creator level, and partner level⢠Monitor key metrics: revenue per subscriber, spender ratio, click-to-subscriber ratio,cost per acquisition, lifetime value, and ROASCross-Team Communication & Action⢠Collaborate daily with the Relationship Manager: provide data-driven insights onCPC/CPL partner performance, flag partners who need attention, recommend whichpartners to push harder or scale back⢠Collaborate with the Affiliate Manager (Mark): share affiliate performance data,identify top-performing and underperforming affiliates, support decision-making oncommission adjustments⢠Collaborate with the Content Manager (Emman): provide insights on which contenttypes and styles drive the highest conversion rates across different traffic sources⢠Stay in tune with changes made by other team members on the traffic side and factorthose changes into your analysis - if someone changes a campaign, you need toknow about it and track the impactReporting & Data Infrastructure⢠Build and maintain reporting systems that give Oliver and the team clear visibility intowhat is working and what is not⢠Produce daily and weekly performance reports with clear, actionablerecommendations - not just data dumps⢠Build attribution models to understand which traffic sources truly drive revenue (notjust clicks)⢠Continuously improve data accuracy, reporting speed, and the quality of insightsdelivered to the teamOur Process: ApplicationSubmit your CV and a brief cover note outlining your experience managing multiple partner orclient relationships, including scale (number of relationships) and industry context.Online Assessment Selected candidates will complete a short online assessment (via TestGorilla). This stage ensures you can operate effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.First Interview (HR) A video call with HR to assess your communication style, organisational ability, and alignment with the role. This stage focuses on how you manage multiple relationships, handle pressure, and maintain high standards of execution.Final Interview & Practical Task (Founder) A video call with Oliver. Prior to this interview, you will be given a short practical task (case-based scenario) related to managing and growing traffic partner relationships. During the interview, you will walk through your thinking, approach, and decisions. This stage evaluates your commercial awareness, problem-solving ability, and how you would operate in the role day-to-day.30-Day Probation If successful, you will begin a 30-day probation period. Performance is assessed against the 90-day milestones outlined in this document, with particular focus on partner engagement, communication quality, and revenue impact.RequirementsExperience & Skills⢠Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or a similar role⢠Proven track record of using data to drive marketing decisions and optimise spend⢠Expert-level spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets and/or Excel) - you should be able to build complex reporting models from scratch⢠Experience working with tracking links, UTM parameters, and affiliate/performancemarketing data⢠Experience with API-driven data platforms (not as a developer, but as a power user who understands how data flows)⢠Strong understanding of paid traffic metrics: CPA, CPC, CPL, ROAS, LTV, revenue per subscriber, spender ratios⢠Experience in the creator economy, adult content, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing is a strong advantage but not requiredTools & Platforms You Must Be Proficient In⢠Google Sheets / Excel: This is your primary workspace. You must be highly skilled in spreadsheets - advanced formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, data validation, and building clean, readable reports. This is non-negotiable.⢠OnlyFans API / onlyfansapi.com: Our tracking and analytics infrastructure connects to OnlyFans via API. You will pull data from this system daily and must understand how it works.⢠Meta Ads Manager: You do not manage the ads, but you must be able to read and analyse Meta advertising data - campaign performance, ROAS, cost metrics, audience insights.⢠Google Analytics: Understanding of web analytics fundamentals, traffic attribution, and conversion tracking.⢠CRM / Internal Dashboards: We are building more interactive software tools - you must be adaptable and quick to learn new platforms as they are introduced.⢠Telegram & Discord: Day-to-day team communication. You must be responsive and active during working hours.Personality & Working Style⢠Analytical and direct: You let the data do the talking. You present facts clearly and donât sugarcoat bad news. You have made your first actionable recommendations to the team.Days 31-60 - Impact: Your recommendations are being acted on and showing measurable results. Losing campaigns have been killed or restructured. Winning traffic sources have been scaled. The team actively relies on your insights to makedecisions.Days 61-90 - Ownership: You are the undisputed authority on traffic performance in the business. Oliver and the team trust your data completely. You have built reporting infrastructure that the business could not operate without. Profitability across trafficsources has measurably improved as a direct result of your work.
