Job title: Data Entry/File Clerk(s) Needed - Logist Company: AppleOne Job description: Description Well-Known and Growing Logistics company look to hire MULITPLE Data Entry/File Clerk's • *Looking for people from the following industries: Import, Export, Freight, Logistics, Trucking, 2PL, 3PL, 4PL, 5PL, LTL, FTL, Ocean, Air, Harbor Drayage, Warehousing, Distribution, Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Intermodal/Rail Movements for FCL or LCL, Distribution, Brokerage, Customs or Manufacturing background** Job Duties: • Performs high volume data entry 10 Key & Alpha Numeric • Print packing lists (up to 20 packets per day) • Make copies of packing lists • Create receivers • Update shared excel spreadsheet • Scan copies of Bill of Lading • File all Receivers/BOL's • Limited email communication with vendors • Scanning of documents • General office support, as necessary • Flexibility is important in this role • Additional duties, as needed Education and Experience: -Minimum of 2 years of clerical/data entry experience. -Minimum 35wpm - Minimum 6,000 keystrokes and higher 10 Key/Alpha numeric -High school diploma or GED -Must have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. -Excellent organizational skills. - Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
