Job Summary:Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for accuracy and efficiency? Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
Verify and correct data discrepancies and errors.
Perform data cleaning and validation tasks to ensure data integrity.
Generate and compile reports as required by management.
Assist in organizing and managing files and documents.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects and meet deadlines.
Provide administrative support as needed, including handling correspondence and scheduling.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; currently enrolled in or recent graduate from a college program is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other data entry software.
Strong typing speed and accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of data privacy and security practices.
Experience:
No prior experience required. Training will be provided.
Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role is a plus, but not mandatory.
Working Hours:
Flexible working hours to accommodate college schedules.
Part-time positions available with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
