Duties
Ā Accurately transcribe and input data into various computer systems and databases.
Ā Perform order entry tasks, ensuring all orders are processed correctly and promptly.
Ā Maintain organized records of data entries and updates for easy retrieval.
Ā Conduct regular audits of data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Ā Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and document management.
Ā Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
Ā Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ā Basic math skills to perform calculations as necessary during data entry tasks.
Ā Experience in administrative roles or similar positions is preferred but not required.
Ā Ability to type accurately at a high speed while maintaining attention to detail.
Ā Familiarity with computerized systems for data management is a plus.
