As a Data Entry Specialist/Clerk, you'll be an integral part of our Manufacturing team, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities Production Order Management: Help finish production orders and create labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulk materials, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Batch Record Management: Assist with batch records, including pre-filling, reviewing, verifying, and scanning/attaching documents into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Inventory Management: Collaborate with inventory controllers to identify Bin locations for purified and conjugated bulks, maintaining accuracy and ensuring efficient inventory management. Re-Test Sample Management: Assist the Planning teams in resubmitting re-test samples, ensuring timely and accurate processing. ISO Compliance: Perform job duties under ISO requirements, following "line of clearance" rules and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Additional Responsibilities: Take on other projects and responsibilities as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Data Entry Specialist/Clerk at blithequark, you'll need: Education and Experience: A high school diploma plus 6 months of data entry experience, or a Biotech Certificate or Associate's degree in a science or related field. Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong competency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in data entry and processing. Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Communication Skills: Effective communication and collaboration skills, working closely with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable: ERP System Experience: Prior hands-on experience with Microsoft Navision System (NAV) or other ERP systems. Laboratory Experience: Some laboratory experience, which will help to understand the Manufacturing process. Manufacturing Process Knowledge: Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with ERP systems.
