About The Role
You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data processing team. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately input and manage data related to work orders and invoices. Your work will support auditing, billing, and reporting functions, helping us deliver top-notch service to our customers.
What You'll Do
Accurately enter data from work orders and invoices into our system.
Perform audits to identify duplicate or excessive charges and implement cost-saving adjustments.
Collaborate with service providers to resolve discrepancies in invoices.
Work closely with the Customer Service Management team to identify and report cost savings.
Meet monthly deadlines and maintain high standards of accuracy.
Participate in special projects and take on additional duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Strong keyboarding skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
Basic customer service skills and a commitment to creating a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
Knowledge of material handling and aerial equipment is preferred.
Requirements
Associate's Degree preferred, but not required.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a remote environment with electronic communication.
Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 10 pounds.
Physical Demands
Regularly required to sit or stand for extended periods.
Repetitive hand motions for typing and data entry.
Occasional walking and reaching with hands and arms.
Work Environment
Remote work setup with occasional in-person meetings in the Toledo area.
