About the Role As a Data Entry Specialist at BairesDev, you'll be an integral part of our Talent Acquisition Team, working on projects that involve collaboration with multicultural teams distributed across the globe. Your primary focus will be on supporting the recruiting area, identifying potential candidates, and proposing innovative alternatives to enhance our talent acquisition processes. Key Responsibilities Support the Recruiting area in identifying and making initial contact with potential candidates for our searches. Propose new alternatives to identify top talent and improve our recruitment strategies. Identify opportunities for process improvements within the Talent Acquisition Team. Manage job postings across various job portals and evaluate candidate applications. Analyze professional profiles in job portals to match our open positions with the best talent. Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you'll need: Proactivity and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. A keen eye for detail in daily tasks, ensuring accuracy and quality. At least one year of previous work experience in a related field (a significant advantage). Advanced English language proficiency to effectively communicate with global teams.
