Key Responsibilities Analyze documents to identify relevant data to be added into our FACIS database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Conduct additional research as necessary to interpret documents and ensure data quality, including contacting data authorities for guidance. Communicate clearly with management, peers, and stakeholders on processes and data acquisition/transformation, articulating complex data transformation processes in a straightforward manner. Take ownership of tasks and projects, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation in a remote work environment with limited oversight. Utilize provided resources to answer questions and resolve issues before seeking assistance, showcasing problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. Meet quality and efficiency benchmarks, completing tasks within the Data Entry queue and adhering to deadlines. Participate in additional periodical and/or ad-hoc projects/tasks as necessary, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Essential and Preferred Qualifications Required Skills and Abilities: Willingness to take ownership and initiative on tasks and projects, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to provide on-time results, demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills. Strong critical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in data entry tasks. Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office products and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly. Uncompromising approach to meeting deadlines and expectations, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Education and Experience: Required: High School diploma or GED equivalent. Must be at least 18 years of age. Preferred: Experience in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of industry-specific terminology and processes. Previous experience in data entry and comparison, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.
