About blithequark and the Industry blithequark is a leading provider of data transformation solutions, serving over 400 healthcare, life science, and background screening organizations. Our comprehensive solutions deliver accurate and secure information, enabling our clients to credential providers, improve data quality, publish compliant provider directories, and conduct employment verifications. As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to making a positive impact on the healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities Analyze documents to identify relevant data and accurately input it into our database, ensuring data integrity and efficiency. Conduct additional research as necessary to clarify any discrepancies or uncertainties in the data, including contacting data authorities for guidance. Communicate clearly and effectively with management, peers, and stakeholders on processes and data acquisition/transformation, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution. Articulate data transformation processes clearly and concisely, facilitating knowledge sharing and process improvement. Take ownership of additional periodical and/or ad-hoc projects/tasks as necessary, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Work independently with limited oversight, leveraging self-motivation and discipline to meet quality and efficiency benchmarks. Utilize provided resources to answer questions and resolve issues before seeking assistance, showcasing resourcefulness and a proactive approach. Complete tasks within the Data Entry queue efficiently and accurately, meeting productivity and quality standards. Essential and Preferred Qualifications Required Skills and Abilities: Willingness to take ownership and initiative on tasks and projects, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver on-time results, showcasing effective communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office products, demonstrating technical competence and adaptability. Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify relevant insights. Education and Experience: Required: High School diploma or GED equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education. Must be at least 18 years of age, meeting the minimum age requirement for employment. Preferred: Experience in the healthcare industry, providing a valuable understanding of the sector and its complexities. Background in data entry and comparison, showcasing relevant skills and expertise.
