Key Responsibilities
Accurate Data Entry: Enter data in the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images, ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail.
Document Type Identification: Identify document types based on provided documentation, utilizing your analytical skills.
Data Quality Verification: Review and verify entered data to meet or exceed quality requirements, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards.
Confidentiality and Security: Maintain the confidentiality of client data, following HIPAA standards and guidelines.
Collaboration and Communication: Professionally interact with other staff members as needed, providing excellent customer service.
Process Improvement: Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes, demonstrating your problem-solving skills.
Task Completion: Work until all tasks are completed for the day, demonstrating your ability to prioritize and manage your workload.
Additional Responsibilities: Perform other basic office duties as assigned, showcasing your flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Skills
Self-Motivation: A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, able to work independently in a remote setting.

Typing Test Requirements
WPM Typing Test: 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy.
KPH Typing Test: 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous Experience: Previous experience in data entry, healthcare, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with data entry software, systems, and tools, including QuickClaim.
