Worksite Location: St. Cloud, MN
Compensation: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
What youll do as the Data Entry Specialist:
Research competitor pricing and products via websites and direct outreach
Analyze and update price sheets, filtering out outdated or discontinued items
Maintain accurate records in internal systems (including warehouse systems)
Download and manage data using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs required)
Ensure product pricing aligns with applicable tariffs and internal standards
Communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email with remote teams and customers
Support general administrative tasks related to pricing operations
What you will bring to the Data Entry Specialist role:
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs required)
Comfortable navigating websites and handling data downloads
Proven administrative background
Confident and professional communicator by phone and email
Ability to stay calm under pressure and respond professionally to challenging inquiries
