Enter Network Provider applications and reapplications in a timely manner with 100% accuracy
Run and manage monthly audit reports and bring appropriate files to resolution
Complete data entry requests concerning credentialing information
Take initiative to research issues and obtain additional information on data entry requests when necessary
Respond to Network Provider inquiries telephonically regarding their data updates and requests for information
Perform extra projects/tasks as needed
Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
High School diploma required
Data entry experience a plus
Aptitude to learn new system quickly
Attention to detail
Ability to meet daily production expectations
Problem solving skills
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and work independently
Stable work history required
