Job description: Our Client, an EV Manufacturer company, is looking for a Data Entry Specialist for their Casa Grande, AZ location.Responsibilities:
Enter and update employee data in Employee Central/Success Factors, including personal details, job information, compensation, and benefits.
Monitor and process HR helpdesk tickets related to employee data, ensuring SLA resolution within 48 hours and appropriate documentation.
Ensure 100% data accuracy by performing regular audits and cross-verifying entered information with source documents.
Prepare mass upload files and perform data validation as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information, adhering to data security protocols.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or relevant coursework is a plus.
Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central is required for this role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data entry with accuracy.
Proficient in Jira ticket management, Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data entry and record maintenance.
Experience with HR Systems and background check systems.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
