Position Overview
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This is an entry-level, remote position ideal for someone looking to gain experience while making a difference. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and comfortable working with data and technology.
Key Responsibilities
• Accurately enter and update data into internal systems
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information
• Perform regular data verification and quality checks
• Assist with compiling reports and documentation as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Follow established procedures and meet daily deadlines
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer (required)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Professional communication skills
