Key Responsibilities
Ā Accurately input data into our system using a steady flow of images
Ā Identify document types based on provided information
Ā Review and ensure the accuracy and quality of entered data
Ā Maintain confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in line with HIPAA standards
Ā Collaborate professionally with team members
Ā Suggest improvements for job processes
Ā Complete daily tasks efficiently
Ā Perform other basic office duties as needed
Hourly Pay and Schedule
Ā $12 per hour
Ā Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with a preference for full-time
Ā Minimum of 20 hours per week required
Ā Shifts available between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm CST, Monday to Friday

Ā Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ā Ability to multitask and maintain focus
Ā High attention to detail and efficiency
Ā Quick learner with the ability to follow instructions
Ā Commitment to maintaining client data confidentiality
Ā Proficiency in reading and speaking English
Ā Typing Speed Requirements:
Ā 50 WPM with 95% accuracy
Ā 4,500 KPH with 95% accuracy
