We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our clients team as an Application Administrator. In this role, you will perform entry-level application administration tasks remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize excellent typing skills (over 40 WPM) to perform data entry tasks accurately.
Communicate effectively in English; bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
Experience in tier 1 helpdesk support or triage will be beneficial.
Additional Requirements
Must have reliable internet connectivity.
Flexibility to work shifts between 8 AM to 8 PM EST, supporting various divisions.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
