Key Responsibilities:

Information Organization & Management: Maintain organized and easily accessible records and documents, both physically and digitally. This includes implementing efficient filing systems and ensuring data is readily available for authorized users.
Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, analysts, and other stakeholders, to support various projects and initiatives requiring data input and management. This involves clear communication, proactive information sharing, and collaborative problem-solving.
Data Issue Identification & Resolution: Identify and escalate data inconsistencies, errors, or anomalies, and work with appropriate teams to investigate and resolve these issues promptly. This requires strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including keyboarding, data entry software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a collaborative team member.
Self-motivated, eager to learn new skills, and adaptable to changing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
