Your duties will include: Collecting and digitizing various types of data, including invoices, client information, financial statements, and other relevant documents. Maintaining a highly organized filing system, both physical and digital, to ensure data entries are complete, accurate, and easily retrievable. Updating existing data entries and ensuring that all information is current and compliant with our data management standards. Organizing and storing hard copies of data in a manner that facilitates easy access and minimizes the risk of data loss or damage. Establishing and maintaining data entry standards, continually updating our filing systems to improve data quality and efficiency. Collaborating with administrative staff to identify and resolve data inconsistencies, locating missing data when necessary. Addressing data queries from various departments and reporting any significant data errors or discrepancies to management. Adhering to best practices in data management, maintaining a high standard of accuracy, and ensuring the efficiency of our data entry processes. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Data Entry Specialist with our company, you should possess: A high school diploma or equivalent (GED). At least 1 year of experience in a data entry role, preferably in an administrative setting. Proficiency in data entry software, with experience using platforms such as Ninox, Kintone, and OmPrompt Order Management being a significant advantage. Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and correct errors efficiently. Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments. Solid time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your workload effectively. Excellent typing skills, along with proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
