September 1, 2025 Title: Data Entry / Quote Analyst Remote (US-based candidates preferred) 3 6 Month Contract Overview: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry / Quote Analyst to support its Customer Success team during a critical renewal cycle. This is not a Salesforce CPQ configuration role we're looking for someone who can work through a high-volume list of renewals and generate quotes quickly and accurately using Salesforce. What You'll Do: Work from a Smartsheet list of thousands of renewal customers Generate and align quotes within Salesforce based on predefined renewal terms Submit quotes for internal approvals when needed Coordinate with the Customer Success team to ensure quotes are ready for delivery Targeting 12 15 quotes/day this is a fast-paced, data-heavy role Interface only with internal stakeholders (no external communication) What You Won't Do: No hands-on Salesforce configuration No customer communication or technical troubleshooting Ideal Background: 1 3 years of experience in data entry, operations, sales support, or customer success Familiarity with Salesforce (Sales Cloud or CPQ HIGHLY preferred) Experience preparing quotes, contracts, or renewal documentation Comfortable navigating spreadsheets and large data sets Fast, accurate, and organized with a strong attention to detail Must be able to work EST or CST Bonus Points For: Prior experience generating quotes in Salesforce CPQ (no configuration experience required) Experience supporting high-volume renewal or deal processes Data Entry Salesforce CPQ Specialist - Data Entry Remote Jobs
