Data Entry Salesforce CPQ Specialist
Title: Data Entry / Quote Analyst
Remote (US-based candidates preferred)
3-6 Month Contract
Overview:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry / Quote Analyst to support its Customer Success team during a critical renewal cycle. This is not a Salesforce CPQ configuration role - we're looking for someone who can work through a high-volume list of renewals and generate quotes quickly and accurately using Salesforce.
What You'll Do:
ā¢ Work from a Smartsheet list of thousands of renewal customers
ā¢ Generate and align quotes within Salesforce based on predefined renewal terms
ā¢ Submit quotes for internal approvals when needed
ā¢ Coordinate with the Customer Success team to ensure quotes are ready for delivery
ā¢ Targeting 12-15 quotes/day - this is a fast-paced, data-heavy role
ā¢ Interface only with internal stakeholders (no external communication)
What You Won't Do:
ā¢ No hands-on Salesforce configuration
ā¢ No customer communication or technical troubleshooting
Ideal Background:
ā¢ 1-3 years of experience in data entry, operations, sales support, or customer success
ā¢ Familiarity with Salesforce (Sales Cloud or CPQ HIGHLY preferred)
ā¢ Experience preparing quotes, contracts, or renewal documentation
ā¢ Comfortable navigating spreadsheets and large data sets
ā¢ Fast, accurate, and organized - with a strong attention to detail
ā¢ Must be able to work EST or CST
Bonus Points For:
ā¢ Prior experience generating quotes in Salesforce CPQ (no configuration experience required)
ā¢ Experience supporting high-volume renewal or deal processes
