Express Scripts is looking for a Data Entry Representative to join our team. This work-from-home role is available for candidates across the USA. As a Data Entry Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of prescription orders, insurance claims, and other sensitive data that directly impact our customers' healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter prescription data, insurance details, and customer information into the system.
Ensure all data entries are correct, complete, and processed in a timely manner.
Handle confidential information with care, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
Review and verify data for inconsistencies or errors, and make corrections as needed.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and track all completed tasks.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, including document management and customer service support.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and accuracy goals.
Collaborate with other team members to resolve data discrepancies and ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or healthcare administration is a plus.
Previous experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
