We are looking for the right individual to join our team, who is ready to learn and use their skills and experience to add value to our ever-growing company.Job SummaryOur Data Entry Representative is processing and analyzing daily incoming submissions from our external customers. The clerk is responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting all information provided on the documents into our internal servers, and pulling various reports related to the submissions. Responsibilities and DutiesEnsure all required documents are submittedCreate entries in our internal systems accurately inputting business and owner informationPull and review commercial and consumer credit reportsProcess 60+ submissions a dayCommunicate effectively throughout the analysis reviewProvide high quality customer service to internal and external clientsOccasionally perform other duties as assigned by managementSkills and CompetenciesHighly detail-oriented and comfortable dealing with numbersExcellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload in order to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsResourceful – willing to take on other assignments as needed to support the teamQualifications1 - 3 years of previous financial services underwriting or processing experience is preferredCompensation$16 - $18/hour, based on experienceBenefits and PerksMedical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401k Paid vacation, sick and holidaysRemote work/ teleworkHire State: Utah
