Data Entry Representative- (Part Time)
Elevate Patient Financial Solutions has an exciting career opportunity available as a Data Entry Representative. his position will be Remote Work from Home. The Part-Time schedule for this role will be Monday - Friday 9am-3pm with some flexibility possible.

The purpose of this position is to provide general clerical and administrative office duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Type minimum 45 wpm.
10 key by touch.
Insert patient and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from hospital system into internal accounting system.
Edit and/or create PDF files or Excel Files
Respond to queries for information and access relevant files. These inquires may be from hospital partners, patients, attorneys or other agencies working with our patient population.
Follow HIPAA guidelines.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications And Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities.
High School diploma required.
Good working knowledge of MS Office, Windows and Exchange email required.
Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful).
Ability to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally, as well as to interact in a professional manner with colleagues, patients, public, and clients staff members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills a must
Ability to multi-task; excellent organizational and planning skills required.
Remote and Hybrid positions require a home internet connection that meets the companys upload and download speed criteria.
