Data Entry Rep (Typist) - Remote | WFH
Are you detail-oriented, motivated, and reliable? We're looking for a Remote Data Entry Representative to join our team and help us manage and organize our data efficiently.
Key Responsibilities...
Assist with managing a backlog of data entry tasks.
Compile and generate reports by entering and retrieving data from various systems.
Organize, maintain, and coordinate files and records.
Collaborate with internal teams and external resources to meet business needs and address issues.
Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits and correcting any discrepancies.
Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and comply with data privacy policies.
Securely store and dispose of confidential data.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in data entry.
Experience working with populations such as homeless families or individuals is a plus.
Proficient in Word and Excel, with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Available Shifts: Flexible shifts available throughout the week, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
Compensation: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour.
